Pizza was phenomenal, but charging a tip off my card when I left none is unforgivable. If you use a card here, double check it!!!

The Bainbridge location has consistently messed up our orders, been significantly late with deliveries, and provided inadequate pizzas—like cheese sliding off to one side and arriving lukewarm on several occasions. Most recently, we placed a large order totaling over $100. One of our pizzas was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address, so they returned the rest of our food to prepare the other pizza. Our order arrived more than 45 minutes late, and everything was below standard. There are many other pizza places around, and we’ve decided we’re done with this one.

The customer service is excellent, and the staff is fantastic. The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is friendly and spotless. You won't find a better place for great pizza!

The pizza was delicious! We had it delivered, and the process went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place and will order from there again.
