Popcorn Shop Factory - CHAGRIN FALLS

There’s also a variety of sizes available, though the enormous bags displayed upfront are just for show and not for purchase. Having been in business for 70 years, it’s easy to see why this place is a local favorite. The charming atmosphere and high-quality products make it a must-visit. We visited the restaurant late in the evening, hoping to enjoy some espresso (I always worry that places stop serving espresso at night). I was thrilled when they were able to prepare a cappuccino and an iced latte for us. The staff was incredibly friendly, and we had a lovely conversation. As soon as we walked in, it truly felt like we were welcomed and part of the community. Additionally, both drinks were fantastic and just what we needed!

This place truly brings back my childhood memories! I used to visit the Chagin Falls Popcorn shop during my middle and high school years. The popcorn and ice cream taste just as amazing as I remember, and the staff is so friendly that I feel like a kid again. A special shoutout to Marcella, one of the managers, who makes the experience even sweeter than it was when I was younger. I give it an 11/10—it's a must-visit! I absolutely love it!

While we needed a warm coffee in downtown Chagrin Falls to get away from the frigid temps. We both ordered a coffee and enjoyed a warm-up. The coffee was freshly brewed and served quickly. It is a rustic place with many snacks and treats. Popcorn of any variety. Candy and ice cream for everyone. And great coffee.

I moved away nearly 12yrs ago. When I come to town I like to visit. I was a little disappointed that they no longer have the lemon custard I so loved as a kid. The shop is still, a must when I come through
