We took two menus. Super nice and reactive staff! We loved the concept of zero waste. Unfortunately, apples and turnips were not cooked, fish without too much flavour.

Excellent cuisine, very good reception and the concept of glass jars is one more (they are registered is top and it changes plastic at all. I highly recommend!
