Taco John's - Chamberlain

During our trip from Montana to Kentucky, we stopped in Chamberlain, South Dakota, late at night. We decided to give the local Taco John's a try, even though it's not our top choice based on our experiences back home in Montana. However, the manager was extremely friendly and accommodating, allowing us to place our order and sit nearby. He came by several times to ensure we had everything we needed, which we greatly appreciated. Hats off to this manager! The restaurant was clean, and the food was fresh.

I visited for the first time and was pleased with my experience. I ordered two crispy tacos filled with a combination of potatoes and nacho cheese, and they were quite delicious. I felt satisfied after my meal. Our food was served quickly, and the restaurant appeared clean. The prices might be a bit high for the quality, but overall, it was a positive first visit.

This is one of the most renowned and picturesque Taco John's in the nation, offering stunning views of the Missouri River and the bluffs of West River, South Dakota, in the backdrop.

Take out only when we got there. Tacos were better than what you'd expect from a fast food place.
