Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chambersburg

Portions are off each time I go. Why do they not have a system put up of how much rice and meat to give to a customer? Please get that figured out.

The only reason I am giving 2 stars is the place was a mess. The tables had not been cleaned at all.

I’m so confused with pricing. At one Chipotle I’ll pay close to $11 for a chicken burrito bowl without extras and at another location I paid $8 without extras. I feel like I’m being scammed and I have receipts to show the difference. Both restaurants are less than 10 miles from each other.

Came in today and the service was horrible. A staff tried giving me a tortilla for a burrito bowl when I did not want that and she was extremely rude and whipped it in the trash. Had to repeat what I ordered multiple times to cashier. Bathroom was not serviced and had no toilet paper.

The Sofrito Bowl tastes good but not very warm. My husband I were shocked by the cleanliness of the floor, tables, and bathroom. Where's the manager, We asked but did not meet. Please check this location for safety standards
