Stoner's Family - Chambersburg

My family wanted to grab some dinner while we were on that side of Chambersburg. I remembered Stoner's and we all agreed to try it. I ordered a cheeseburger with onion rings, my daughter had a shrimp basket, my son had spaghetti and onion rings and my wife ordered the chicken parm that was on special. Our waitress was super nice and attentive. Drinks were never empty and our food came out quickly. I highly recommend it. Sorry for no pics, I'm usually good about getting them.

Having grown up in Chambersburg, we often visited Stoners on the way home from the Memorial Park/pool. Though it has evolved since the days of the “shack” with the playground out back, it was good to visit again. I heard that the ownership had changed, but I found the food just as good as the few times we visited pre-COVID, the food came out just as quick, and the prices were incredible, compared to what I’m used to in Florida. Really happy if/when I come back to the burg, I can eat somewhere that really hasn’t changed much. And that’s a good thing!

First time in decades that I was disappointed with my favorite meal. The chicken tenders were not so tender, the cole slaw was not fresh, and the french fries were limp. ?
