This Japanese restaurant is held by a Franco-Japanese couple is a great discovery in Chamonix. Not only does it offer a limited card to ramens and curry, which is always a good sign for a Japanese restaurant (real), but also a good choice of saké and small entries like traditional gyozas and edamame. I tested Fuji ramen with soy sauce broth with these finely cut pears and beef curry, I was transferred a few moments to Japan as in my trips... An excellent address not to be missed, prices are very reasonable and very helpful staff.

How good it is to find real Japanese flavors! Gyozas, Tamago Ramen and Yasai Ramen were delicious! Bravo and thank you to the chef for bringing us flavours from his country! A pleasure!

Very good address. These are the best ramen in the valley. The broth is extraordinary, the marinated eggs are perfect. An address has been maintained The room is minimalist that has all its charm, think reserved. Quick service, very friendly chef, superb reception

Excellent. The octopus salad, the ramen, the curry, everything was excellent. Very good address for a restaurant without pretention but of high quality.
