We had tuna carpacio, and fish soup, as well as a alsacian saurkraut with meats. All dishes were very well prepared and generously served. Service was nice with good wine advice. The cook puts some asian influence in its preparations it seems, which ads to the originality of some dishes. There are also nice menus for a more diversified experience.
We had the best experience dining at le buffet de la gare. The food was perfectly harmonizing and delicious, I especially loved the fois gras and the dear with its perfect sauce... The service as also super welcoming! We had a very nice experience in total and would come back again any time
An unexpected and magnificent trip to the Antilles, a beautiful presentation of the dishes, explosions of flavors from starter to dessert and a lot of passion! Thank you for this beautiful trip...
