B Won Korean - Champaign

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. I had visited previously with friends and found the food so delicious that I regretted not bringing her along. Thankfully, I think she has forgiven me since then! The service was exceptional, the menu was impressive, and the staff was very friendly.

I guess authenticity and flavor is subjective, but I'm surprised to see negativity regarding the service. I was always surprised at how nice the waiters/manager were, and how eager they were to talk about and share their cuisine with us. I've been there several time now, and have never experienced inordinately long waits or rude service.

Korean spicy ramen and rice/fish cakes was good. Ramen was not 'fresh ', but it 's hard to find this dish sometimes anyway... So can 't complain too much. Service was great!

Food here was AMAZING Korean food. Two entrees and a drinking appetizer was enough for 3 people and reasonably priced. About $10 entree for lunch. Service was a bit slow but other than that, highly recommend for great, authentic Korean food.

Delicious! I ordered the S1 (Squid) and P13 (Soup). Both dishes had a nice kick, which I really enjoyed! The portions were generous and quite affordable. They even called to let me know when my order was ready!
