Baskin-robbins - Champaign

Went there for the butter pecan ice cream. they checked and said they didnt have any. ordered rocky road instead. then attempted to order a two scoop sundae, but i was only able to say i would like a two scoop sundae before the guy cut me off to say we don't have chocolate what was he even referring to? i hadnt even asked for chocolate or even anything at all. i found that very rude and also pretty dumb. there were two dudes talking to me through the drive through speaker, they kept going back and forth, just saying we dont have this we dont have that. i got so frustrated by all the chaos they were causing that i decided to skip the sundae and just do the rocky road quart. the quart they have me was so melted that i could squeeze the container with my hands and it would cave in. not anywhere close to ice cream. more like a milkshake. terrible customer service and unintelligent lazy employees.

That was ridiculous! Because they didn’t have a quart already pre-packed of Pralines nCream like usual , the row was out they charged me $6 more for “fresh ice cream… Only in Illinois .. Indiana didn’t do that!

I love their ice cream. Unfortunately, they were out of waffle cones and my favorite, Gold Medal Ribbon, was freezer burned.
