Chipotle Mexican Grill - Champaign

I have visited over 100 Chipotle locations during my travels and this one was the worst by far. They frequently run out of chicken, fajita peppers, and other options. I waited in line for 25 minutes only to be told they were out of chicken the entire time. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Chipotle downtown instead. I spoke with the manager there and he runs a tight ship - everything was fully stocked and fresh.

I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle. The trash was overflowing, the tables were dirty, the rice was undercooked, they were out of guacamole, veggies, and chips, and they overcharged me for a kids meal. The person making the food seemed to be under the influence and had trouble putting together our order. It was a complete waste of our evening and I was extremely disappointed overall.

I am a big fan of Chipotle and enjoy their food a lot. However, I must say that the service at this particular location is consistently disappointing. Tonight was no exception and it prompted me to leave a review. My family and I arrived at 9:15 and were met with unwelcoming and visibly irritated workers. Their attitude was evident through their harsh glares and rude remarks. They were unreasonably slow in taking our orders and did not call for additional help. Additionally, they were out of chips, corn, and fajita veggies. The tables were dirty and we had to clean them ourselves before sitting down to eat. After spending over $200 on our meal, we were surprised to find that the doors had been locked at 9:50. As we were preparing to leave at 10:02, the manager yelled at us from the food line, telling us to "wrap it up and leave." This behavior was unacceptable and incredibly rude. I hope that the owner of this Chipotle will take significant steps to improve the service at this location. The potential for great business in this area is substantial, but with service like this, I worry that more customers will be deterred from returning.

Very slow staff, all of them acted as if we weren 't there. The cashier went in back and just left me for 2min while they filled up salt. Didn 't even say a word to me. The two managers working line had no regard for anything. One gave me not even a fullportion of steak...and I know that because I work at a chipotle. When I asked for more because it wasn 't a full portion, theworker said nothing and rolled her eyes at me. (I had to ask from a different worker because the manager left immediately afterscooping) When the cashier returned from filling salt and finally checked me out they asked me what I had because she had leftand no one labeled it. I said steak and then she asked one of the managers if it was a double and she replied I guess not thenrolled her eyes two! The restaurant wasn 't even busy. There was only 4 customers in line. I understand when people have bad daysat work. I do too. But this was unbelievable. They all were rude, slow, and unprofessional. I know my managers would never dealwith such things. No wonder this restaurant has such low ratings.

This chipotle is honestly the worst location every time you?re going to want to avoid it. It?s ghetto and they just don?t care about anything.. and if you think ordering online or through a delivery app will be quicker think again?. You?ll go in there andit will take you an hour before you walk out with your single burrito order. You?ll wait 30 minutes or more for them to make itthen once it?s made it?ll take 30 minutes for them to actually hand it to you even if you tell them the name on your order 5different times. Super slow and they?ll just act like you don?t exist. It?s been this way for a long time and it doesn?t get anybetter.. and they might tell you that you can only pay for your food with exact change. delivery drivers you?ll want to avoidthis place as well no point in getting paid $3 to wait an hour for the food then have the customer made at you because it?s coldand took over an hour. Aside from the horrible service they?re just rude and don?t make you feel welcome at all and most likelywon?t make you?re order correctly or will be out of things. The service is probably better at Neil Street McDonald?s honestly.
