Only 2 stars because they just cheapened up on us all. Went from a full pound in a black bag to 12oz in a really pretty bag. Price is the same, must be an expensive new packaging. Lady told me they did this to be in line with industry standards. Apparently industry standards means make people pay more for less. The coffee is still great but it 's disappointing to paythe same for less product, just in a really pretty package. Super disappointed

I'd rate them 10 stars if I could. Have made many mail orders from them. Coffee is outstanding and very reasonably priced. I order a bunch to hit the free shipping threshold. And talk about shipping! Within an hour of the order I get the email thatsays they have shipped. And unlike other vendors that print labels and claim they shipped, I have never had an order that wasnot in the shippers hands the same day I placed it. The combination of quality coffee and outstanding service makes this aplace I will continue to purchase from.

This is the best coffee. I have a standing monthly order, which comes like clockwork and makes things easy. Better quality product than anything you'd buy at a grocery store or get at any coffee shop.

Their Black Velvet roast is by far the best coffee I have ever had! The flavor is incredible and it has zero bitterness a rare quality you won't get in dark roasts from other roasteries. Definitely a must try.

Absolutely wonderful Beans. I have received 4 orders now from CSR and every single order has been of superb quality.
