Very unfriendly every time I’ve been. Last time I went the guy handed me a Pepsi for my drink without asking what I wanted. When I asked if he included the kids drink, he said “it’s all in there”… and of course it wasn’t.

We ordered a fish dinner which was served raw in the middle. Twice. Worst Italian beef in town I've ever ate.Parking: Has handicap space.

I went up there for an Italian beef and the juice on the side and what they gave me was a skimpy Italian beef and a small cup of juice it's majority peppers and I never had this problem before I am very dissatisfied I came 3 hours away from Carbondale just to eat there and they did me like this highly disgusted

Awesome food, friendly service, clean facilities inside and out. The owner was front and center for feedback and service checkup. The portions were even more then I could finish. And when I take home almost a full order, that says a lot. I've been known to eat 2 entrees in one sitting. The employees look like they are happy to be there and it shows in the service.Parking: Plenty of parking in the back of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs should have no problem getting in and out.

The food is great, at least what I have had so far. But we put an order in online and they didn't get it. I had to order it again when I went to pick it up. The ordering system needs to be more user-friendly.
