Contribuisci feedbackI had an amazing time at this restaurant! The food was delicious and the customer service was outstanding. I had stopped coming here in 2021 due to a bad experience, but the new management seems to be taking good care of their customers. The manager, Ieisha, and the staff were all very friendly. Be sure to try their fry sauce as well!
I wasn't impressed. People compared Freddys to Stake-N-Shake but I'd rather have Stake-N-Shake. My burger meat was bigger than the bun and dry. My bread was falling apart and thin. The burger was sloppy. Fries weren't anything to brag about. I got astrawberry milkshake and it taste good but doesn't taste any different than one at Stake-n-Shake. The customer service was goodthe young lady at the window was nice and my food came in a decent time. Personally I won't be visiting or eating here again.
I had to wait for 30 minutes in the drive-thru to get a basic burger and fries. Although the food was delicious, it was not worth the long wait.
I went through the drive-thru and sat in line for over 15 minutes just to reach the window. After waiting for so long, the fries were cold and rubbery. One of the hamburgers was too salty, while the other had no seasoning at all. The sweet tea was not sweet at all. Needless to say, we will be going back to Steak 'n Shake.
Went through the drive through and ordered a double veggie burger, double jalapeno burger, two large fries, and fry sauce. Got to the window after a 20 min wait and they seemed to have lost our order. We repeated what we ordered, paid and waited foranother 15 minutes. Someone else came up to ask for payment a second time, we told them we paid, they left. We pulled forward sothey could bring the food out. Then we start driving home. No fry sauce. We go back to get fry sauce and notice the veggieburger is a single. When we tell them about it they said that 's just how it was. They said if we wanted another patty we had topay for one. Mind you we told them twice that we wanted a double at this point. 3 different people come to the window to explainthat the veggie burger does not come as a double. We explain to each one that we know that, that 's why we ordered a double. Theyasked us to come inside so we do. Then another person comes up to explain the same thing to us again. We tell them it 's fine, wewill return the food we just want a refund. Who I 'm assuming is the manager, comes up and snaps at us to give him the receiptwithout saying a word. As we wait for the refund multiple employees are talking about us saying that , that 's on you like Iwork there or something. There was no apology for them not communicating with us and extremely bad customer service the entiretime. Would not recommend and will not be going back.
