Olive Garden - Champaign

I'm a tough critic when it comes to honesty, and I won’t hold back. If you check my reviews for other places, you'll see I rarely give more than 4 stars. However, this time is an exception—this place deserves five stars. The food was incredible. The customer service was outstanding, even in such a busy environment. The waitstaff were impressively efficient and attentive. I'm truly impressed and will definitely return whenever I can.

We celebrated a friend's 50th birthday on January 29th. We were attended to by a new waiter named James, who was fantastic. We chose to sit at the bar so that Susan could see our balloons. James provided excellent service, and our meals were delicious. Overall, it was a great experience!

Despite the bustling atmosphere and a packed parking lot, we were warmly welcomed right away. Alyssa was a delight—she attended to several tables yet still managed to assist other servers to ensure all our needs were met flawlessly. The food was fantastic, and she introduced me to my new favorite drink. Your service deserves a 10 out of 5 stars, and I hope everyone recognizes what an incredible asset Alyssa is to your establishment. My date and I will definitely be requesting her again on our next visit! She deserves a raise!

Really tasty Alfredo. They have unlimited Garlic bread and soup/Salad with every entree.
