I think her name was catherine? She was super nice and talked to me almost all the time when I was waiting for my drink. loves all the workers with this happy job at work.

Venti was actually quite large. What’s with the disappointing portions? Shrinkflation has led to half-filled drinks—always milk-based and supposedly refreshing! It would be nice if they could offer complete products for those visits. Who’s in charge of ordering the inventory here?

They are always so helpful and friendly. it is honestly my favorites to order in the opposite.

The staff were friendly during the busy 11am rush. They promptly cleaned up a spill, organized to-go orders efficiently, and everyone appeared to be focused on their tasks.
