Contribuisci feedbackVery slow. I forgot our order. I forgot that they already accused us. our two shooks were good, but probably had 10 minutes waiting up.
They now have stations where they can serve themselves to order their food on screens, then wait to be called when their food is ready. one of our commands came wrong, but the manager was fast to fix the problem. all in all satisfied with our visit. had a star coz the toilet not so clean and smells unpleasant.
Customer service is excellent in a self-service restaurant now order the screen on the monitor and they bring it to them
To make a long story short, steak and shake have gone downhill, but their prices have risen. they must now order on a tablet (waitresses no longer exist), they fill their own drinks, have to stand up and go on the counter when they call their number that they eat theirs is ready, and they need to clean up their table when they are finished. they have changed how they do! eating was good and greasy as usual, but the service was incredibly slow and it does not seem that the staff is 100% focused on the customers
This was our first time dealing with a kiosk in Steak and Shake. It was pretty easy, but I miss the sit down dining with a waitress to take your order. Food was great!
