Our latest visit was absolutely wonderful, as it was the best meal that we have ever had at Seven Springs, and we have been eating here for over 30years. The changes made by the Vail Corporation, regarding food quality, preparation etc., is outstanding. We are lucky to havea resort of this caliber so close to Pittsburgh! Highly recommend!!!
Pretty good food and a large amount of options. We went with the Prime Rib Buffet, which did not disappoint! It?s unfortunate that a steak is $10 less than the buffet, where I could get more food. But $42 for the buffet was also pretty pricey.
We have come to Slopeside for years for the wonderful dinner soup, salad, and dessert bar. Unfortunately, this offering now can only be purchased with full entrees, which are mediocre. The full hot buffet is overpriced at $42. The salad bar itself has beenreduced in variety and quantity. Bread choices were very limited and not fresh. Oh well, this is what covid and inflation havebrought to this once superior restaurant.
We attended the buffet this past weekend. For $40 per person it was a 4 out of 5. I rated a 3 overall because the service was not good. Our server only had to take drink orders and brought water for the table. My son and I both ran out of drinks. Shecame back when we were almost done with dessert and filled our water then didn't return for over 30 minutes. We saw her foldingnapkins and walking into the kitchen several times coming out empty handed. She wasn't busy with other customers, she was simplyan incompetent server.
Annual Birthday Brunch! Loved it, as always. Wish they would bring back the fresh made inlet tea though. It was my #1 reason for coming to the restaurant.
