Starbucks - Champlin

Ordered a drink from this Starbucks location and hopefully never coming back, took three sips out of it and mostly the whole drink was gone. I don’t know if they always serve this much ice with a tall drink but if they do that is outrageous.

My children ordered drinks today 5/31/23 Starbucks location and there group of four sitting in store just making my children uncomfortable, when I called to report it to the manager one of the staff hang up the phone on me , the staff are very rude I try calling back the refused to answer the phone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If I could give 0 stars I would. Rushed me ordering and didn't greet me at the window. Hit my phone with the scanner and didn't say anything about it. Made all 3 drinks with way too much ice. One refresher was to sweet and i tried saying something about it and closed the window. My iced mocha was also made wrong. She gave me a white mocha and i also tried saying something about it but she walked away. I come to this starbucks due to feeling welcomed and getting my orders right. Hope this helps people in the future.

They have not put so much ice for a venti. after just swallowing a few, I added a 12oz can, it was full before the dose was empty. another 1/4 of a dose will have to ask for light ice next time.
