Arby's - Chandler

The staff here are incredibly friendly, and the service is prompt. The food tastes amazing! I highly recommend the mac and cheese! It's unfortunate that they no longer offer the potato cakes, but they have some fantastic new dishes to try.

I’ve finally reached my limit with this location. They just can't seem to get my order right. I really love Arby’s food and usually eat here at least twice a week, but they only manage to get my order correct about 90% of the time, and I just don’t understand why. I could see if it happened occasionally when they were really busy and rushing to get orders out, but there are rarely more than two or three cars in the drive-thru when I go. The staff seems friendly enough, but they clearly don’t pay attention. I often get charged for items I didn’t receive, or I’m given the wrong orders altogether. Who wants to drive all the way back to fix it once they’re home? I’m sure I’m not the only customer experiencing this issue, as it happens far too often. Come on, Arby’s, get it together!

The manager is absolutely wonderful she has an amazing aura and has the sweetest spirit she better get paid very well you should have her train new hires on customer service you wouldn't have very many complaints. Make sure you give her the full amount shetells you, a new and only position and a title.

I used to work at an Arby's, so I’m familiar with their standards, and I was quite disappointed with the roast beef this time. It was sliced too thick, and my sandwich was assembled very sloppily. Additionally, I’m really upset that they no longer offer potato cakes—those were my favorite item on the menu, especially when dipped in cheese sauce. This change might be enough for me to stop eating at Arby’s altogether. A poor decision on the company's part.

Service was excellent, and the food was super fresh. It's obvious at this location that the employees LOVE their jobs. So refreshing to see in today?s job climate. There were three of us, and each of us rang the bell as we left... THAT'S how greatthe service was. The cashier was especially friendly and welcoming. Now about the food. Their crinkle cut fries are the best...freshly made to order, crispy and golden on the outside and pillowy soft on the inside. Two of us tried the new Philly CheeseSteak sandwiches, which were packed full of beef and peppers, and the hoagie roll roll it was on was delicious. My onlycomplaint is the recipe. I personally didn't care for the flavor of their Provolone cheese, and their peppers are yellow andred. It would have tasted much better to MY taste buds if they used Mozzarella cheese or Monterey Jack cheese, and GREEN bellpeppers... in MY humble opinion. So I understand most people may prefer their combination of ingredients. I will try it again,if they can make it with my preferential ingredients, but that might not be doable. My sister got the Classic Roast Beefsandwich and said it was delicious. My only other complaint is they took RC Cola off the menu... which is why I only gave 4stars. I hadn't been to an Arby's in years, so I realize I'm late to the party, but damn! I loved their RC cola back in the day.I also realize I'm dating myself. LOL ???? ????
