With that, I added a star.: Our first time at C Fu and we will probably not return. The order was to take 15 minutes and I arrived promptly. The entry and greeting showed promise but our to-go order was cold and lacking flavor. The pu pu platter for two was okay: Beef sticks were lacking flavor and cold; shrimp was okay; crab rangoon was dull and the wrap was too thick compared to the delicate, flavorful ones we are use to on the east coast; the egg roll was good but not hot and the oil it was cooked in seemed old. We ordered house fried rice which was not bad. A big problem were the spare ribs. They looked good but when pulling some of the meat away from the fat we could not. I pulled and pulled but it was like pulling apart raw pork. The spare ribs were raw and we would have to cook them in the oven first. Shame on the cook for letting raw meat leave the kitchen! For that I reduced the score 1 star. We still have chicken and pea pods to try at another time. Overall the restaurant appearance was nice, friendly staff but the food is average to below average for serving raw pork to customers.
