Contribuisci feedbackAlways a great experience at this place, although they are always so busy, I never feel like I wait. Eating is always fresh.
I've been to many Chick-fil-A in my life and this one just reminded me that the people make the difference. I stopped in after taking my twins to the doctor and had a 40 minutes drive after of me. We were all hungry and they were going to fall asleep in the van (God willing). I was there without my husband or older kids who would have helped, but the staff stepped in to help me instead! They called my tray to our table, helped me get set up, them helped clean up after us. I watched as the lady helped almost every other table in the seating area with one thing or another. I love the customer service model of this restaurant chain and the compassion they show to those who come in.
I witnessed a counter worker named Sheila performing at the highest level of any service worker I’ve seen. Very friendly, professional and accommodating to a very busy restaurant. People are quick to point out negative performance but I just thought she was deserving of a shout out for being awesome!
2nd time in a week my order has been completely wrong. It took 10 minutes just for the cashier to take the order and then she verbally confirmed with me, is egg and cheese okay on your bacon biscuit and I said yes… that’s how I ordered it…. And then it came out just a bacon biscuit.. luckily some man that worked there stepped in and immediately corrected it.
For being 10:15 am I would expect my waffle fries to be fresh, but they weren't. They were cold and tasted raw. The chicken nuggets have somehow gotten smaller too. When waiting in a drive thru for 20 minutes I would expect better quality food. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at this location and will not be coming back. Get your act together.
