What did you do to the previously delicious cod? Looks like you replaced the cod with a smaller version and put some awful coating on it to make it look bigger than it is. Breaking into the hard, inedible coating you will find air and a small piece of fish. It is impossible to eat so I just peeled the coating off, the large air bubble made this easy. The fish inside is not what it used to be. Why change a good thing? I would rather go to a 1 pc dinner if you are attempting to keep costs down. Please advertise should you go back to the old recipe.

Make sure they read back your order and check your bag. When I arrived they were having a rush so I assume that’s why my food wasn’t up to standard. Didn’t get my ordered pretzel bites (drove 30 minutes home before I realized) and didn’t receive the other topping in my shake that I asked for. Then I open my tenders and I have 2 tiny ones and 2 regular sized ones. It’s great food, just make sure you double check. This isn’t the first time my stuff has been incorrect and it’s becoming clear that I need to pull additional weight as a customer I guess.

Stopped by for a really late dinner Friday night and the drive thru was poppin. We opted to dine in and there was other people dining in as well. The cashier was SOOOO friendly. She took our orders and then was the one to bring us the food to our table. She offered to get us condiments, after dropping our food off. We got up to order a second time after we were done with our meal to order some dessert and again she was really nice. I didn't catch her name but she went above and beyond with her customer service. The food was good as always and tasted fresh. The fries are always a hit and these were no exception. Our vanilla brownie bits custard was delicioussssss. Our one complaint was that the mop water they were using to mop the floor with smelled like a wet dog.... it smelled so bad. We ended up not eating our custard there and just eating it on the way home because of it..

First time placing an order online for take-out and it was totally correct and ready when promised! Food was great and hot and tasty! Custard was cold and to order! Would do take-out again just wish they offered coupons like so many other places to make things a bit more affordable!
