There was so much tender, shredded pork that I even saved half a sandwich for tomorrow! I’m completely stuffed, but I can't wait to try more items from the menu soon.
My husband is from the island, and I surprised him by taking him out to enjoy some home-cooked food he'd been missing. We decided to order a little bit of everything from the menu, and it was all amazing! I particularly loved the pork chops with rice and beans. The staff was friendly, and the service was great.
We came across this place while we were looking for Puerto Rican lives in the Phoenix area. We decided to try, and we're glad we did. Once you go in the aroma is delicious and they have finished eating, as well as order a la carte item. This is the second time that we come because it is delicious as back in Puerto Rico. The taste is authentic and the owners are very nice! They usually have a special day. Everything tastes fresh and the portions are great for the price. I recombinantly try the pinchos, the sandwiches, and the frit to get a real taste of Puerto Rico!
Today for the first time sat there and it was excellent. I used to have Puerto Rica's food when I went to college in Florida from friends who cooked. It tastes like home cooking. We had chickens and potatoes and furnil. Both are excellent. Also the Aroz con gandules and red beans were excellent. I can't wait to go back.
My family and I spent the weekend in Phoenix and were in the mood for some Puerto Rican food, especially since we can't find any good Puerto Rican restaurants in El Paso, Texas. We discovered FrinGo's and decided to give it a shot, and we were not disappointed! The staff was extremely friendly, and the food was the BEST Puerto Rican cuisine we've ever had. Everything we tried was outstanding! The chicken was so tender it practically fell off the bone, and the seasoning was spot on. The tostones were absolutely divine! The portions were VERY generous as well. We're just disappointed that we can't take this delicious food back to El Paso with us! We will definitely return the next time we're in Arizona!
