In-n-out Burger - Chandler

Never disappointed! very friendly customer service. menu is simple and always my burger animal style with grilled tweepers.

Clean fast food place. Friendly staff. Food was fresh and hot. Prepared quickly. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Plenty of parking. Went in to eat so I don't know if drive-thru experience is comparable but I expect it is. Staff actually came and took our trash to the garbage for us which was really nice.

Yum! Yum! Yum! The drive through line was about 7 cars deep, but as is typical for In-N-Out, they moved through the cars with precision so our wait wasn't too long. There's something wonderful about the toasted buns that really makes the burger oh so good. Zero complaints!

Food is horrible! burger was old , not fresh and made to ordering which made them famous and delicious. if you see a long line in drive thru (which is all the time), they will prepare food in advance and you will get a cold old burger, I couldn't even eat it. I don't typically eat fast food because none are good. The strawberry shake was literally runny like it water and I dumped it as soon as I got home and I only live across the street. After working the election all day I was hungry and I am disappointed because I could not eat any of the food. it's not worth going back. I would give zero stars if I could. Staff and manager should be ashamed to let food so bad leave the store.
