Jack In The Box - Chandler

The drive-through employee was friendly and accommodating. The food I received was still fresh, even at 4am.

Tried to order black iced coffee as it’s stated clearly in the menu. She said we don’t serve black iced coffee here. It says it on the menu.. then got asked 7 questions to order a bacon cheeseburger.. like what?

They were open Chandler and Arizona avenue the guy gave me these little teeny chicken pieces and some funky french fries and when I asked him to replace it with freshly cooked food he was accommodating that was very nice

I waited in a line of five people for 15 minutes and didn't make any progress. There were no cars in the drive-thru, yet the service was incredibly slow. I am revising my review to three stars, as the management responded to my concerns and showed genuine care about the situation. Thank you for addressing the issue.

I visited this restaurant at 1 am expecting it to be open 24 hours, but I was informed that they were only accepting mobile orders or online pick up. Unfortunately, I found this out while already in line and unable to leave. I ended up waiting for 20 minutes and never received my order. Not quite living up to their 24-hour claim.
