This place has never original recipe. all they ever have is extra crispy. if we want extra crispy, we go to a place that serves normal size pieces of huh.

When I came to the joint, it was empty and the manager seemed to be intoxicated when he took my order. I just tried to order a simple meal, but the manager gave me a difficult time, the side to side on a simple question and began to get hostile. I got out because of the safety of my life. He threatened me if I wasn't gone, he would mess with my food.

Order on the app, paid full preice. see photos. obviously, the kartoffel brow is not enough for 4. then there were fried chicken bread crumbs in the Cole claw. Look at that, the broth falls off. overall disappointed.

I've dined at this restaurant several times, hoping each visit would be better than the last, but I've been disappointed every time. It's really overpriced for food that seems like it's been rehashed. They often run out of menu items, and it feels like they're so focused on getting the food out on time that they forget it should be better than just mediocre.

Today’s experience was initially frustrating however the manager on duty deserves a raise for his professionalism and willingness to correct the issue. I come from food industry and normally don’t complain but today I did and I had a great response. I’m not sure the managers name but I feel he deserves recognition for his work ethic and staff. If he reads this I hope he accepts my apology for my rudeness. KFC do right by this guy and this location store #D212083. Angie was also for helpful. Thank you!
