Pedal Haus Brewery Chandler

I went to this restaurant for happy hour on a Friday. The happy hour prices on food just means they give you smaller portions. So, did you actually get a good deal? The chicken nuggets were dry and chewy, but the smoked trout dip was delicious as always. The beers were also great.

During our visit with family, we went out for lunch at this restaurant. The food was amazing, but the highlight was definitely the selection of beers. We tried out a couple flight options and loved all of the beers. The outdoor patio had a great atmosphere and we had a wonderful time. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We had a fantastic experience on Sunday afternoon at the back patio. The restaurant allows dogs, and that day happened to host a dog costume contest just before Halloween, which was adorable. The food was excellent, and I would definitely return. They make their own beer, and my husband loved their IPA, while my bloody mary was also enjoyable. The reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5 was due to the slow service. Our server was nice but seemed to spend a lot of time chatting with other staff rather than checking in on us. We will definitely go back, but will keep in mind the pace of service.

(10/2/2023, 5:30pm) This evenings hostess should be fired for a complete lack of social skills and/or customer service.We then sat for 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged by a server. As we walked out, the server told us the hostess never bothered to let the server know we had been sat. In my opinion, the server is equally at fault and was simply trying to blame the hostess.Another poor customer service experience at Pedal Haus Chandler. Shame on us for continuing to give them a chance.

Service was great!Kitchen messed up my order the first time,Vegan nachos with no jalapeños or radishFood came out with no beans and a big piece of radish Server came back and went to go fix it but when it came back again it was just straight chips with barely any cheese, minimum toppings. It was like they were trying to ravish I don't recommend this location, I left without touching my food ;
