The staff did not seem to fully grasp what "vegan" meant and accidentally made my milkshake with 2% milk. In addition, they were out of two of the three vegan ice cream flavors they usually offer.

I ordered a shake and later discovered that fruity pebbles are not vegan. The only ice cream option available for shakes was coconut vanilla, but they also offer two other vegan flavors, including chocolate. Toppings include capn’ crunch cereal, fresh fruits, Oreos, and other options. Make sure to confirm which toppings are vegan. This place has quickly become one of my favorite spots!

The way they make their shakes is awesome in itself. lots of options and a great reward system, i got a free drink after my first visit. teas are really good too! swweeeet staff. very clean aesthetic place. wish i lived closer! Updated from previous review on 2021-11-24

You can get a milkshake from one of the 3 (main con is lack of options) current vegan ice cream flavors. The milkshakes have that cream taste that differentiates milkshakes from smoothies or blended ice cream . The other con is that the milkshake can seem pricey, there is around a $2.65 additional charge for vegan milkshakes, making the total come out to $9.

Rewind is so good. They have amazing tea and boba that they cook with brown sugar. Their ice cream is great and they have a variety of mix ins and toppings. Vegan options are labeled but the staff is helpful with any modifications, etc.
