Starbucks - Chandler

This Starbucks is my favorite spot. The drinks are consistently well-prepared, and the store is always clean, even when it's busy. The staff is cheerful and welcoming. I often bring my laptop to get some work done while enjoying my coffee, and they regularly check in to see if I need anything. It’s a fantastic place!

**Update:** I’m now changing my rating from 3 stars to 5. While I initially experienced problems, I have had nothing but positive experiences over the past year since that review. The staff is fantastic, and I feel fortunate to have such a great place so close to home.

I find this Starbucks really frustrating. It's probably the worst one on Arizona Ave. They don't use lids for the whipped cream, so they fill my coffee all the way to the black line and then add whipped cream on top. If they just used the right lid, it wouldn't be a problem. They keep making the same mistake, and I end up with half the amount of coffee compared to other Starbucks locations that do use the correct lid. I wish I had taken a photo before mixing it all together.

Love it here! This location has a great staff who works hard, unlike many other Starbucks locations I have gone to. Always my go-to Starbucks. Only complaint is that the bathrooms never seem all the way clean, but that is not your biggest concern when getting your morning coffee anyways :

The guy working the window at 5:30 pm on May 9 2022, said (while handing me my coffee), ?Thanks for taking my job.? A completely unprovoked, xenophobic comment. Unlike any experience I?ve ever had at Starbucks. He needs to be dealt with. And if I see him there again, I promise you, I'll be reaching out to your corporate office for a resolution. PS Oh Ignorant One: I'm American born and you'd need a master's degree before I'd even consider your job worth taking.
