Yè Yuè Jiǔ Shí - 長濱鄉

We had an incredible meal at 夜月. Located between the Hai'an mountains and the Pacific, 夜月 draws its inspiration and flavors from the rich local produce and sea. Take a walk along the surrounding fields in the daytime and you’ll see just how fresh the fruits and greens are. For the owner, creating the dinner menu is a whole day’s endeavor and his creativity and consideration really come through. While we tried ingredients we’ve never had before, we were also amazed by his ability to turn familiar ingredients—like a tomato—into something completely unique.

十道餐點，每一道都用心料理，食材味道的搭配讓人印象深刻！比如焦糖烤錢鰻灑上桂花，或者是糖烤芭蕉搭碎粒開心果、富有稠度與Q度的長濱米粥，炙烤河豚....呈現在地食材，無論是咬感或是味覺都很豐富，今天每一道都吃的很滿足，突破對日式料理的印象！ 值得！
