Whenever I visit Nagato City, I always make sure to come here to eat. I love the fried chicken here so much that my order is almost always the same every time. Recently, a parking lot has been built, making it much more convenient to come here. I am grateful for that.

I tried the yakisoba with pork offal and the fried chicken. The seasoning of the yakisoba was strong and to my liking, but the noodles were short, about 3-4cm, making it difficult to eat. The fried chicken pieces were large and satisfying to eat. The flavor was well-embedded, and they were very juicy, with a moist coating rather than a crispy one. There is a parking lot next to the restaurant. Many people were dining alone at the counter.

Whenever I go to a ramen shop, I always order the fried rice (chahan), but the fried rice at this restaurant is unique with a rich flavor and a crispy appearance. I became obsessed with it. It is addictive and I always end up ordering it when I go there! Once you try the food at this restaurant, you will find that the food at other places lacks the same punch and feels a little unsatisfying.

これは「焼きめし」です。チャーハンではありません。たまに無性に食べたくなります。長門の町中華と言えばここなのですが、こんな味の「焼きめし」他府県では存在しないと思います。この中毒性はなんなのでしょうか？小さい頃に刷り込まれたこの味。必ず注文せずにはおれないこの味。 念のためにもう一度書いておきます。これはチャーハンではありません。「焼きめし」です。心して食すべし。

ラーメン定食セット が量として良い。味も美味しかった。 値段も手頃。駐車場も広くなったねぇ。
