Chick-fil-a - Chanhassen

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Chick-fil-A in Chanhassen, and the experience was as outstanding as ever. The food here continues to be exceptional, with every item I've tried meeting the high standards Chick-fil-A is known for. The flavors and quality of the food are consistently top-notch, ensuring a satisfying meal every time.The level of customer service at this location is remarkable. The staff are extremely helpful, frequently walking around to assist customers with their needs. This is especially impressive considering that Chick-fil-A isn't a traditional table service restaurant. The team’s dedication to customer care greatly enhances the overall experience.In contrast to some of my past dining experiences at other busy eateries, the seating situation here was notably comfortable. The restaurant was well-organized, making it easy to find a good spot to sit and enjoy my meal in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.Overall, the Chanhassen Chick-fil-A stands out for its delicious food, exceptional service, and comfortable dining environment. It's a great representation of why Chick-fil-A is a favored choice for so many. Highly recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for a great meal in a friendly setting.

You Shutdown for months only to open up with a worse experience. You make one lane of the drive threw for the 2% of ppl that do mobile orders why doubling the wait time for everyone else. Then I gave up on the drive threw to go inside only to not be able to scan my app because your scanner was Filthy with spilt drinks. Get rid of that worthless mobile line and clean your store counters. You will lose even more money then you already have because ppl will get tired of waiting

I used to say this was the best drive through service around then they did a big renovation I was excited to check it out. Boy was I disappointed!!! One lane dedicated to mobile orders the other for the drive through only one person taking orders no one confirming orders this was done in the past. All took much longer I didn't receive the sauce I had ordered definitely not an improvement!!!! Spicy chicken sandwich is still good but will think twice before going there again!

Dining in at Chick-fil-A was amazing! I had a great late dinner experience with the greatest staff. Special shout-out to Miah, she was awesome and super attentive . If I could give this place a 10/10 I would. Overall Miah was amazing and so was the other staff that made our food and rang our food up.

The walking order takers are nice people, but LET ME SEE A MENU! If you have to take my order before making it to the menu board at least have one you can show versus me guessing what food I want. Some of us don't come here enough to know the entire menu.
