Country Inn Suites By Radisson, Chanhassen, Mn

I got married at Chanhassen Dinner Theatres in July 2023 and booked large suites at the Country Inn Suites for our getting ready space as well as for guest rooms. The rooms were so spacious and were perfect for having my bridal hair and makeup done as well as for some beautiful getting ready photos. Eric in the office was great to work with for coordinating our room block for our guests. The rooms are very comfortable, and it was great to have breakfast included in the morning!

Our stay was average. The bed was comfortable, room was in general ok, but maintenance items were evident.A hot breakfast was offered, but the staff was not readily on top of keeping items replenished. Pancake maker was down that morning.We did use the pool and hot tub. Pool was a bit cool, but hot tub was perfect. Fitness room is very small and needs upgrading.Rooms: Ours was designed as a king suite, so you had separate bedroom and living room areas, with a door between them. Don't know about other room designs.Safety: Good entrance security with having to use a key card at the front door after a certain time.Walkability: We attended a show at the Chanhassen Dinner Théâtre, so had to walk a block or so to our hotel. Very convenient!

Couch was stained and room did not look clean. Missing light bulbs. Called to ask for sheets to cover couch and phone was not plugged into cord. Maintance guy brought four stained sheets with holes. Noisy air conditioner.

Got to our room the room was very dated, the tvs were old and took forever to turn on the bedroom TV had lines going through the picture the guy working the desk has no clue on how to handle situations. The bathroom was very outdated and worn, the bath and jets were disgusting the shower was just as bad, the sink at the bar had rust and dirt on it, the fridge was dirty, the only nice thing was its right down from the chanhassen dinner theatre. For $250 a night I could have spent that down the road for the weekend at the cost. I will definitely not be staying there I mean nevef!

Nice, but could have been better. The hotel was fine , staff was great. Little maintenance thing could have been fixed and the hotel would be great. The room was clean but could have been cleaner. The hotel over all was okay but with a little attention to details it would have been GREAT!
