Contribuisci feedbackI ordered the Brisket Combo Sandwich for nearly $11, and when I opened the box, I found only 2 or 3 small pieces of brisket with little to no BBQ sauce. My doctor says that $11 is way too high for just 3 pieces of meat. I can get a lot more brisket down south of the Ohio River for my money!
I arrived at 10:45, but the drive-thru was closed with cones blocking the lanes. The front door was also locked, even though it was supposed to be open until 11 PM.
Order #285536: I wouldn't have stopped here if I hadn’t heard that Arby’s in Texas is better than this location. I’m not being biased; the service was terrible. People were standing in line when I arrived, and as I leaned over to look at the drive-thru, everyone was on their phones. I politely asked if we could place our orders, but there were no apologies for the wait or acknowledgment of the people in line. It felt like they were annoyed with us for interrupting them while they were busy with their phones. As a customer, I don't think I deserve that kind of treatment. I would have given zero stars if I could, but I had to select something. Additionally, my salted caramel cookies were extremely hard, almost like rocks, and I ended up throwing them away.
I had a terrible experience with the service at the register. I had to go inside because the drive-thru was closed without any notice. If they paid their employees better, perhaps they wouldn’t be short-staffed. The fries were only half full and lacked salt. I’m honestly surprised this place even has a 3-star average on Google.
I visit this place 2-3 times a week to grab my morning fuel and a sandwich. The staff is always friendly and never seems annoyed when I ask for fresh chicken to be prepared. They work quickly and always check if a six-minute wait is acceptable, and of course it is! I appreciate that they make my food fresh. Keep up the great work, everyone! As a hungry truck driver, I truly value everything you do, and I know you probably don’t get paid enough to handle difficult customers.
