Dunn Brothers Coffee - Channelview

I absolutely love this place! I feel like I'm making a healthy choice when I need something quick to eat on the go. The almond sandwich is incredible, although I did forget to ask them not to smash it. They also offer it in a pack to take with you. My teenagers also love it and we enjoy sitting on the terrace with the grandmother.

The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, but what keeps me coming back to this restaurant is the coffee. It's delicious and indulgent, with a high calorie count that makes it even more enjoyable.

This is a fantastic neighborhood coffee shop that I visit 2-4 times a month just for their delicious lattes.

There's a quick bite. croissant ordered with ice and cheese and margherita naan pizza. everything was delicious. I didn't try the coffee, maybe next time.

Nice staff, clean dinning room with plenty of seating. I got the caramel latte which I found the flavor profile to be a tad strong for my taste, not quite enough caramel flavor. Quality of coffee though is really top notch. I also got the cinnamon roll which I'd rate a 7/10.
