Best waitstaff everrrrr!! Food is delish!! Easy on/off from the Interstate.

Don't be put off by the area its in or the outside appearance. Great little diner for some good home cooking. Generous portions and easy on the wallet. Wait staff was very attentive and friendly.

We sat down and about 3 minutes later someone brought us menus and took our drink order for coffee. We got our coffee and then 20 minutes later, after finishing our coffee and then having to find our waitress we were able to order. Honestly, we almost walked out. Another customer came in while we were waiting to order, another waitress took their order, brought refills, they ate and left before we could even order. We eventually got our food. The food was okay, the grits and over easy eggs were good. The pancakes and French toast were good. The service was terrible. I also observed the wait staff going outside in front of the restaurant to smoke. When the staff came back in, no one went straight away to wash their hands, but went straight back to work waiting on tables and working behind the counter.

We are giving a full plate of stars for our first experience today, Mother’s Day. We chose this place as a cozy ‘meet in the middle’ place and this was great! Full menu of country cooking, good gravy, good coffee, catfish, big juicy burgers, fresh salads and sandwiches, we had an array of all our table- except breakfast but it is served all day! Waitresses were kind and accommodating; today they provided a fragrant beautiful rose for Moms! Thank you!

Found this place looking to try something new and found it by the reviews. Well they weren't lying. The food was great! Real home cooked fare. I had the kountry fried steak, my friend had a breakfast and my other friend had the fried fish . No one was disappointed. Bring your appetite!
