Whataburger - Channelview

Food was good and hot. I never ate here before so it wasn't what I expected. If the patties were bigger then yes it would be awesome.

I had high hopes for a juicy, hot Whataburger, but I was really disappointed when my order arrived cold, as if it had been forgotten. Ten people who ordered after me all received their food before I did, and I watched as twenty cars went through the drive-thru and got their meals. All I wanted was a hot burger! To top it off, my cheese wasn't even melted; it was cold too. I was in a hurry and, unfortunately, by the time I got my order, I had to eat it cold, which left me as a very unhappy customer. I’m giving this place 2 stars because, at least, my fries were somewhat warm.

This is what I get for coming back thinking for a better service. Super rude drive thru. Why isn't management paying attention to this. I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau, the news, and an attorney. This is ridiculous, train your personnel Whataburger.

Pancakes tasted like fish and smelled like fish not good the worst part is that they don't even sell fish there soo how could of a pancake taste like fish don't recommend this place

Don't go. Everything was bad. Nasty Grease was old, drinks were even bad! Waited forever.
