I didn't know they closed at 21 o'clock, so when I got to the door, the manager locked the door in my face. said nothing, just turned around and went away, talking about the door being hit in the face. I've been to other bob evans before, but never again.

It was the most deorganized and disfunctional restaurant I've ever been. Placed a pick-up order for Thanksgiving Day at 4:30 p.m., but when I arrived at 4:15 there was a lot of angry people waiting to pick up their order. People walk at the staff while some people wait over 2 hours to pick up their order. If I asked thebstaff why we have a pick-up time if they can't deliver, how advertised, one of the employees reacts bluntly? some had to wait over 2 hours before you.? After an hour waiting for me, I could finally convince a staff to fulfill my order. Instead of the pumpkin cake I ordered, apple cake and a dry peacon pie.. Nobody was responsible? some employees just stand around without doing anything, while 30-40 guests are waiting to pick up their order?. No more Bob Evans for me.. It is not worth waiting for over an hour to pick up an order that was not advertised and served by employees who did not care how long people waited for a mediocre meal.
I'm not sure where to explain my experience at bob Evans. Should I start with the HORRENDOUS service and hospitality. As soon as I and my family went into us, where greeted with the extremely strong odor of chemicals that almost deny the air, so it is quite difficult to breathe, oh and don?t start with the table is very sticky and feeling overall very dirty. When my family was sitting, it took almost 20 minutes until the waiter came to us and asked for our orders. Let us now forget what made this review a real 2-star review. As soon as we finally wait our decades for our food, these so-called south-comfort food looked like south-facing food. The pancakes, where cold and the texture of a goodyear ripening had, I left the pancakes aside and thought to take a chance into the cookies that had come as a side to my meal. When I'm in the biscuits, I had to check to make sure that I didn't loose a tooth as the cookies seemed like they were eating out for 2-3 working days. Finally, I had the chicken and the eggs that looked like they were thrown on my plate. The eggs tasted perfectly and greeted me with a soft and fluffy taste The chicken on the other side had a very gum-like and dry taste, which does not correspond to the amount of honey distributed over it. I am very disappointed at my current experience at bob evans and will not return in the foreseeable future.
Very sad to say that the service was super slow, even sitting much longer than expected. The place was almost empty, they were definitely not muded. When we first came in, there was no employee in sight. The food needed a lot of time to get out. Most of our foods were roasted. Four orders from chicken strips, a grilled chicken salad, a club sandwich, eggs and bacon and toast that were never served) The whole food was barely warm, and my daughter's drink was never brought out. I have loving memories of this restaurant chain from my childhood, but that was sub par. When we told the manager, we were told they were short staff. But it was still super depressing. Hopefully they'll pull it together soon.. 3
