I like the place and environment only thing I don't like there's sometimes too packed busy

Hot Spot is one of my favorite restaurants. All of the staff are very friendly and hard-working and the managers are as well. They have a more casual service style, not too formal with regular customers because they want their guests to feel at home there! The price is a bit expensive but it is worth it for how much food you get, and how delicious everything is. The tom yum broth is my favorite. They also have a lot of fun seasonal drinks that are delicious and 100% worth a try. Best hot pot place frfr hot spot is goated

A coworker asked if I wanted to meet her here for a late lunch, since she had a Groupon. It had been a while since I'd enjoyed a shabu shabu experience, so I met her in the parking lot and we walked in together. Since it was my first time there, the waiter went though the menu options with us, including the types of broth and the number of items we could order during each round. I especially liked all the different seafood items that were available! After we made our first order of items and broth, my friend took me to the sauce station at the back of the restaurant. I was able to craft my perfect dipping sauce just as our items were being delivered. Everything tasted fresh. I really liked the daikon, enoki mushrooms, and the mussels. We were able to get three rounds to enjoy a little bit of everything. (We didn't order the max each time, though. We both ate until we were very full, but since everything is pretty healthy, we didn't feel heavy at all. The service was great throughout the meal. I really liked the setup of the restaurant, since you get to enjoy your own private hot pot for cooking if you are dining with a friend. I would definitely return here again for a future meal.
