Contribuisci feedbackThe poor customer service: I have bought sushi from this place, before, but today, the customer service experience has forced my hand. I asked if I could get a r-2 California roll without salmon for my wife (she can't eat salmon products.) the worker asked me how many rolls I would order. I just told him I need one. he seemed upset and told me it would take 5 minutes, what I said was in order and told him that I would be back in 5 minutes while I continued in lotte shop. then he told me I had to pay for the roll 5 dollar. again I told him that I bought in 5 minutes and return to buy the roll as well as some of the other prefabricated sushi. he said loudly that he didn't know me and that I needed cash. I told him I didn't appreciate his ton and I just left without buying anything. I don't want to say I don't plan back to this facility. I mentioned the experience at the lotte customer service in writing, but as expected, they said that the shop was not part of lotte. I agreed, but I pointed out that there was still a negative look after lotte and encouraged them to pass this up to their management. I'm not a fan of writing this type of crispy, especially for what I suspect is a small mother-and-pop shop, but this type of customer service, or its lack, is really disappointing. this is not the first time that something has happened at this place, but at this time I was with my previous daughter and must impress her that this is not the way to treat people.
Poor service. we ordered party plates several times. Last time, I ordered that I asked for 8 sticks for party of 8. the buyer didn't deliver it first. I had to ask again. he gave only 4 and said it didn't come with the plate. after about 75.00 editions, I do not understand why the hesitation/rejection to make cheap sticks available. no longer order from them. if they don't want to deliver the dampers, they won't hold it. if they keep it, then they give accordingly money. the party record certainly had enough for more than 4 people.

Honestly a great place to get good quality sushi that’s not over priced. Having been over seas I’m used to quality sushi that doesn’t cost an arm and leg. The only reason it 4 stars instead of 5 is I ounce got sushi that wasn’t the freshest, and the difficulty in understanding when ordering platters.
