They close at 9pm. It's 7:30 and they refuse to make a Frappuccino! Why, because they're getting ready to close. So I asked the young girl manager (who claimed she knew how to do her job) why so early if they close at 9! She stated we aren't closing early, just getting ready! So 1.5 hours before closing they shut down making Frapuccino's? Insane. Her attitude was very condescending.
I walked up to a nearly empty line but saw a few people (5-6) waiting on drinks and food to be made. I'm not sure what the prime behind the counter were doing but it took a solid 35 minutes before I had to bail on my order to make my boarding time. What's worse is that the two people that ordered in front of me had to walk away from their orders too, due to the horribly unreasonable amount of time we had to wait. This makes Starbucks look really bad. Starbucks, you guys need to have more oversight of your stores as I'm going to have to boycott this location from now on.
This is by-far the worst Starbucks on the face of America. The staff is incredibly rude. I ordered from the Gate C7 Starbucks on July 24th, 2022 at around 4:40pm and was faced with the most unwelcoming staff. I’ve never been to a Starbucks where I was greeted with such rude tendencies. I thought maybe it was just one staff meme we having a bad days but it was actually the entire staff the seemed to not have any type of kindness to them.
I do not appreciate the comments that were made by the cashier about my body. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches, one for me and my friend, and the cashier then stated, “You are too skinny just for two.” I was appalled that someone would actually say such a thing in public and I’m disappointed in the experience I received here. Food was ok
