Contribuisci feedbackI arrived at the restaurant in my RV and had to park far up the street and walk down to the store. To my disappointment, all three doors of the lobby were closed despite the sign saying it was open. When the employee saw me, they just shrugged, which was not very helpful. There was no indication of closure anywhere, so I was unable to place an order without a vehicle at 12:02 pm.
The service is very quick and reliable. The food is consistent and I always know exactly what to expect. No surprises here.
My wife, who is deaf, and I have visited this Dunkin location several times. Unfortunately, we have been disappointed each time as the inside is always locked. My wife enjoys getting her coffee on her own while I am at work. She ends up going to Starbucks, which she finds overpriced, even though she doesn't particularly like their coffee. However, she can go inside and read people's lips to understand what is being said. Despite this, she prefers Dunkin'. This morning, she told me that she will start driving 10 miles to the Dunkin' location in Mentor so she can enjoy her favorite coffee. I assured her that as long as she is safe, I don't mind where she goes to get her Dunkin', even if it means driving to the Service Plazas in Mantuna off the Turnpike.
Hate this location! I avoid it at all cost! They never fill your cup and only give you enough cream cheese for half your bagel. I'm tired of paying for a large and getting a medium in a large cup!
Got a frozen coffee from here that tasted really nasty and way too strong! I paid over 5 dollars and couldn't even drink it!!!
