Pizza Hut Charleroi Ville 2 Sunday afternoon, prize is not always the same via coupons written on the menu chart. Had reduction not taken into account. Children (twins under 12) ! Service ok, but twice an item was forgotten. This was the 2nd time in two weeks. Not very pleasant experience ! Hope next time, as it 'should ' be. XX JPC
