Contribuisci feedbackI would like to express my gratitude towards the manager at this location! There was a mix-up with our order, which I had placed online and picked up in person. Upon arriving home, I realized that instead of 3 pieces, I only received 2. I immediately called the store and spoke with the manager, Jen. She was incredibly kind and honest about the mistake, which I completely understood. Jen handled the situation professionally and offered to correct the error if I could return to the store that day or at another convenient time. This is a prime example of exceptional customer service.Vegetarian options: Please, I would love for KFC eventually include vegetarian options.

Perfect 1st time experience, the young gentleman at the drive thru had great manners, food was fresh hot! super fast service!
This was the nastiest KFC experience I've had, since I ate at one in DETROIT. I don't know who purchased this franchise, but this is the last time I'll go here. The chicken had zero taste and that famous recipe...is GONE.
