Zero stars went to family style all you can eat brunch Food was cold and boring. First time I've ever written a review. I was looking forward to Cajun brunch unfortunately only had scrambled eggs potatoes sausage bacon biscuits and really bad gravy. Paid $150 for four people tip was included
We normally stop in for a drink when we are downtown but this time decided to try the food. The fried pickles were really good along with the boudin balls, the french onion soup was just ok, but our friends got the jambalaya and said it was really good, everything came out hot and the service was good.
The hurricane cocktail was good. The rest of the experience was bad all around. It's a shame because we've been looking forward to trying The Quarter; a good Cajun restaurant could do so well in downtown Belleville.I won't be patronizing this one again.Parking: You'll likely need to park a block away or so. The restaurant is on Main Street.
After 2 visits... Food is not good Staff is meh Don 't throw a bunch of Mardi Gras stuff up and say hey, you 're in New Orleans! Gumbo was bad, salad was wet, my son 's Mac N Cheese off the KIDS MENU was amazingly hot. Wine menu was ****. Your shrimp po-boy does not have to be the size of a small car. Muffuletta sandwiches are not suppose to be sweet (I 'm guessing some kind of balsamic vinegar). One side of the restaurant looks like the singles cruise and the other side of the wall for families looks like old folks home seating.... wobbly chairs tables.
