Applebee's - Charleston

It was served with dirty cutlery. sent it back and got clean cutlery. the appetizer came and there were haare in the Spinat dip. eating was cold and very fat. Nothing tastes good.

Everything was exactly what I wanted to eat drink the waitress was real nice also kept up with our drinks make sure that we didn't run out or go thirsty it's for your service ladies and gents

I had placed an order of $70+ with a birthday gift card and during the span of that order and leaving to pick it up I had a family medical emergency. I had to call and cancel my order and the manager, Cedric was tremendously understanding and kind. More managers need to be recognized who have the compassion for customers and I'm certain his staff. He was wonderful and helped with the refund and I had a new order I picked up today. The food was absolutely delicious and prepared wonderfully, I highly recommend this Applebee's for the delicious food as well as the kind staff! Thank you Cedric!!

Dreadful experience.appwrizers were served with no individual plates, we asked for some and they took 15 minutes to get them.After 45 minutes, we had to go find a waitress and request a manager. He brought us our food, it was cold. 3 out of the 5 meals we ordered were uneatable.

Good food, very pleasant and helpful server. Me and my mom stopped in for a bite. Will visit again , would recommend.
