Bojangles - Charleston

Service was not good. chicken fillets were old and hard, drinking cups were deformed and spilled in my lap. Waiting time was almost 25min. kasse was on her handy. mug that the cashier tried to give me black liquid on the pokal

Disappointed. what was the most reliable bojangles in the past, has now dropped in terms of reliability, product quality, accuracy of application. I am an independent BoJangles fan. They are my absolute favorites almost food restaurant. but in the last 6 months I cannot rely on the location north rhett to be even open, much less serve food for my expectations. not that I have to count on michelin Star Restaurant-Level food. I have hesitated my morning stop for a reason to give them time, train or what was necessary to improve. So I am disappointed how the dinge may have gone down, versus improved. on the first morning I wanted to stop again, safe enough, the location north rhett was not opened in time. So I went out of the way to hardee. I stopped this week because I came to work later as usual, knew they were open at that time. I ordered cajun chicken fillet meal, large size with spiced pommes. first problem, although I was the only customer, I was asked to move on, they would bring it out. second output when the meal arrived, the pommes were small. However, there were now several cars in the drive through, so I did not have the time to correct them their mistakes. I went on to work, sat down to eat my breakfast. Third, the keks was old. it is broken when you once. fourth output, the wrong size seasonal pommes that I received were not even seasoned, not even regular salt was on them. I love bojangles, but pay over $8 for the breakfast I want to do, get old eating, wrong portions, sub par quality will prevent me from stopping there for one. the location ashley phosphate is now the more reliable restaurant, but they also have problems to open on time. as much as I want to provide bojangles with my business, I have never experienced that hardees or mcdonalds that are not opened in time. While I prefer BoJangles food, I also need reliability. I'm trying to stay true to my favorite breakfast, but you're making it hard for me to do that. I go to the weekends to the location moncks corner, has never been disappointed. but they are 8 miles in the wrong direction as I come to work. I guess my whole business is regulated to the weekend. Finally, please fix them north rhett. I miss it.

If I can set zero stars, I would have. Two workers just stood while we were on the way. the place has taken off the drain and they have to hire better people.

The worst customer service of all time and eating is old and terrible. waited at the drive thru with only two cars before 17 min. had no choice but to stay at this point, I must eat before work and was rejected a sose. Even offered to buy a ranch sauce and was not yet said

Customer service was bad. We tried to communicate several times what we wanted but still didn't get the right order. My dad has an accent but they made no effort to understand him.
