He always ensures that all our needs are met, and this morning he handled the entire front of the restaurant. He is a tremendous asset to the team, and they should be proud to have someone like him working there. In South Charleston, he consistently takes excellent care of us.
The food was excellent, but due to the high volume of customers, the wait time for our meals was longer than expected. However, the staff was very friendly.
This was my third visit, the first time it was amazing, French pommes were fresh burger was hot and juicy, 2md visit the food was simply ok, barely warm but with take-off, the third time dreadfully dried from cold meat, French pommes were just ok. it is a shame that come from Texas and find that it must be a universal collaboration between franchises to serve the coldest and oldest eating possible, rain or glamour
We ordered five meals, and everything was stale. The chicken was so overcooked that it was tough to chew and incredibly dry. The onion rings were cold, and the fries were only slightly warm. I just wish I could get freshly made food for once.
Love their milkshakes. On a hot day like today, everyone else claims the heat is why their shakes are melted. BKs are still thick.
