If you want good Hibachi, you have to go to another city. It is the regrettable reality of Charleston, and this place is no exception to the rule. I kind of talked about eating here at least three times and every time I'm disappointed. The Hibachi is quite bland and very watery. Steak's pretty bad. The chicken is decent, but the menu price does not correspond to the quality of the food you receive. This place is a jump unless you are really so desperate to get a few Hibachi.
I'd set 10 stars if I could put the ginger dressing is the best thing I'm doing in a while the sushi reels are on point, we had the detonator and the champ Cup I recommend? The Hibachi Lunch Steak was perfectly cooked and my mother's shrimp bowls are perfectly juicy and they are big! Large amount of food for prices. Customer service is beyond and beyond and my mother said some of the best sweet tea in a long time!
I'm really surprised this restaurant is still in business. I ordered a lunch Sushi Combo to-go. The place is completely empty and very dark. My sushi roll not only lacked ingredients, but literally fell apart. The tuna was very lumpy and old, dirty smells. I called and they offered to return the money to my card because it was not possible. I never got the money back, that was two weeks ago. Do not waste your time in this facility, trust me that you do not miss!
The food here is always good, very fresh and some of the best sushi in West Ashley in my opinion. I like the ambiance as it's a little dark in here and the setup seems to promote a more quiet dining experience. The service is good and everyone is very friendly. Take out is also done well with the food being packed well. I've ordered take out through the app many times and have only had an issue with accuracy once, which they promptly acknowledged and offered me a couple of options for resolution. Highly recommended and I'm glad they're here in West Ashley so I don't have to drive too far to get to them.
